The society has a National Level NGO and working area is whole India. The society is implementing many social services with the support of Public Donations, Member Donation & Delhi Government Since 2010. Vision : NISHA SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY envisions creating an enabling environment of equal opportunities and access to information and development alternatives encouraging communities especially the poor and marginalized to make informed decisions.

Mission : The mission is to mainstream SC, ST, OBC and other socially and economically backward communities in the process of participatory development through social awareness and formation of community based organizations with specific emphasis on:

A. Attitudinal changes and socio-economic structural transformation with the help of the process of sustainable development.

B. Improvement in the implementation of the right to education, good health information and fundamental rights and entitlements.
